Why doesn't don anselmo reveal who "owns" the trees on the first visit to the laywer's office? was he being clever, or was he unaware of the potential proplem? explain

a). I think the kids in that village will not agree to let them cut the trees or other things. How can they know for 100% is who really own those trees. They can't talk with all of the kids. The laywer's office can't answer this also, and they have to ask the children for argeement. Maybe the Americans win and take that trees, but they will get into some problem around.

b). The old man is really smart to do this. The Americans don't know the potential problem. The Americans though they will be better if they buy this land, but know, they realize that is not a good place. They will get what the pay.
